Original receipt available. The hat is secured onto the head via two metal clips and an elasticated band which both fit to the back of the head. The fascinator is designed to sit forward on the front of the head over one's forehead. Perfect for most special occasions weddings or christenings for example. The races such as Royal Ascot or Polo.
